Postage & Returns

Postage POLICY

All postage is calculated on weight, we do not look to make a profit from you, just passing on the cost, your postage will be calculated for you and is shown in your shopping basket.

Free delivery to one UK mainland address on orders over £50.00


Please allow approximately five working days for delivery. We will endeavour to send your parcel within just a couple of days.

UK Mainland orders will be sent by Royal Mail, if you are not at home to receive your parcel, Royal Mail's standard procedure is to return the parcel to the local sorting office and leave you a note stating the fact. Parcel force will take your parcel to the local Post Office and a Courier back to their depot. 


Delayed/Lost Orders
We use Royal Mail as a delivery service for small parcels, a parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders.  Though it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Honey Arce Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

Incorrect addresses & Business addresses
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at the time of checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If you have selected to have items sent to a business address, ensure you have permission from the addressee, we recommend that you select and pay extra for courier delivery. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or you do not have permission for a parcel to be accepted on your behalf, your package may be returned to Honey Acre Ltd (sender address is always written on the parcel) in such circumstances an extra delivery charge will be incurred to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Simply return your unopened purchases in their original packaging and in good condition to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund.
 
We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser and we take no responsibility for lost or for goods damaged in transit when being returned to Honey Acre Ltd.
